We had Mason's 2 month check-up and shots yesterday and it was good and bad. Watching your innocent baby go from smiles and coos to screaming wails was one of the worst things for us. Dash had the 'honor' of holding Mason while he got his shots because I didn't want to. Luckily, he fell asleep on the car ride home but yesterday was hard for him. Every time he kicked his legs (his legs never stop moving when he's awake) he started screaming. He's better now and we've been 'talking' all morning about how his shots are good for him!
The good thing is our big boy is growing so well. Mason now comes in at a whooping 13 lbs. 10 ounces (90th percentile)! And is 23 1/2 inches long (75th percentile)! He loves to 'talk' to everybody and smiles all the time. His favorite toy is the kick 'n play that Aunt Ruth left us and he really gets it going! He's still sleeping very well at night but hates to nap in his crib during the day. He wants to be in the middle of everything, even while he's sleeping!
